David, how do you spell a wolf call?

I normally don't talk too much about David on this blog. This in no way affects his importance, he just doesn't really like it. But his mama (who I LOVE) reads the bloggy occasionally and I thought she'd love this.

This pic says a lot of things about David.

1. For one thing, he's a worker. We just got home from PV and he got a pressure washer so he can clean the cement patio of our rental home.
2. How nice of him to clean the cement of our rental home, seriously who does that?
3. Also, he got a pressure washer. I grew up in the area and lived through the big drought of the 80s. My grammy worked at the county water district and still to this day collects water as her shower is heating up so she can use it to water the plants. David grew up in Seattle. Water is a different sort of issue there. (That is, in no way shape or form meant to be a complaint about David or his water usage, just so we're clear. I love him.)
4. David is extraordinarily clean, which I LOVE. He inherited this trait from his parents, those wonderful people that they are. So while Herb and Sharon are "retired" from the parenting phase, they're efforts are still teaching me on a daily basis just how close cleanliness is to Godliness. I love it. Love, love, love it.

5. David loves gadgets. That goes for the pressure washer, and for his water-proof shoes shown here. Those shoes came in quite handy on the muddy cobblestone streets of Puerto Vallarta. REI loves David too.

PS. Dear Mr. Power-washer inventor man. You were so mart to make this look like a gun. Boys love guns.

Love, love, love reading your blogs. You have such a great sense of humor, and it comes through in your writing. Great comment about the power washer. Guess he can pretend he is using the air gun?

See, just one more thing he has in common with BIG MIKE.
